- Minimum 03-04 years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software, handle Order on system and MS Office (MS Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Careful and detail-oriented
- Honest and trustworthy
- Honest communication, team player, comfortable dealing with middle management at large International and Vietnamese corporations if any
- Basic English is required
