I. Job Summary:
This jobholder will be responsible for driving distribution expansion, planning productivity improvement initiatives, associating regional Sales Finance networks, and delivering planned ENR, loan numbers across personal loans, Consumer Durable Loan (CD), two wheeler (TW) loan
loans.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Management (30%)
• Manage all the sales finance teams in the region.
• Ensure ongoing distribution, addition, performance, and distribution of employees to center/store/point of sale.
• Regularly assess employees' performance and offer coaching to enhance both individual and group productivity.
• Encourage a collaborative, competitive, and upbeat atmosphere that promotes professional development.
2. Sales Targets (30%)
• Delivery of planned sales numbers across sales finance, personal loans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
3. Productivity Improvement (20%):
• Define, develop, and execute productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
4. Expense Management (10%):
• Operate within the budgeted expenses and ensure cost of acquisition is under the planned numbers and continuously seek ways of optimizing spending.
5. Training and Support (10%):
• Ensure relevant training & support system is available and drive effective implementation of training initiatives to deliver results.
• Ensure complete compliance with all operational and sales processes and the highest degree of operational ethics in the sales teams.
